RETURNS

We hope you enjoy your product as soon as you receive it. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it for an exchange or refund. Dont hesitate to contact us by email arabellaha@gmail.com or telephone 07714206282.

All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order and must be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging preferably with order invoice or note with name and contact details.

Once return received we will issue you with a full refund; however, we would be extremely grateful if you could return the order at your own cost.

We strongly advise that you get proof of posting and adequate insurance from the postal service you choose, as we can only refund or exchange on receipt of the goods. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items.

We cannot be held responsible for item(s) lost in transit. Providing the order has been sent back in its original state, we will process your return request within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size and/or colour and a delivery time will be allocated once the exchange has been confirmed.

If you wish to purchase a different product, you must return your order item(s) for a refund and place a new order.

Bella Hoskyns REFUND POLICY

We will issue a refund for returned item(s) purchased online that are returned according to the BELLA HOSKYNS Returns Policy. The refund will be credited to the purchaser’s original payment method within 7 days of receipt.

RETURNING GIFTED ITEMS

If an item was received as a gift and the recipient would like to return the item for a refund, the refund will be made to the original order payment method. An email confirmation will be sent to the person who made the original purchase.

If the customer requires an exchange, an exchange can only be made for the same item in a different size/colour as per the Returns Policy. The exchange will be sent to the shipping address on the original order and an email confirmation will be sent to the person who made the original purchase unless discussed and confirmed by both parties.
